Kevin Smith is the Founder and Managing Principal of Teocalli Capital, bringing over 28 years of experience across banking, finance, and real estate. His background includes senior regional leadership with a top-10 U.S. bank and a C-suite role at a community bank, experiences that now inform his work advising and operating private lending and investment platforms, including BMF Advisors.

Kevin takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to structuring flexible capital solutions for entrepreneurs and operators. He is a Certified Fund Manager and holds an active insurance license, bringing a practical, risk-aware perspective to private credit investing and borrower partnerships.
